Ewing police seek Friday night shooter

Ewing township police are investigating after a 25-year-old man was shot in the neck Friday evening, January 4. Police were dispatched to the area of Prospect Street and Homestead Avenue at 7:17 p.m. after receiving a report of shots being fired. Arriving officers found the victim, who had been shot once in the neck. He was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center, where he underwent surgery before being released on Saturday. Police believe there was a single shooter, though they did not provide a full description.
